What you share
When you request a quote, we collect your company or board name, contact name, email, optional phone number, property address, property type, service request and any notes you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information about residents, employees or access codes.
How your details are used
Your details are used to review the property and requested services, confirm availability, contact you about your enquiry and prepare a proposal where appropriate. Submitting the form is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Quote requests are stored using Lovable Cloud. Website visitors cannot view, edit or delete submitted requests through the site. People authorised to manage the company’s enquiries and its service providers may process these details for the purposes above. Do not assume information is stored exclusively in Canada.
Website usage
To understand how the site is used, we record anonymous visit information such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, the referring website and device type, linked to a random browser identifier rather than your name. This is used only to improve the site.
Your choices
Submitting an enquiry is optional. If you would like to correct your details, withdraw consent to further contact, or ask about access or deletion, mention this when the team responds to your enquiry. Information may need to be retained where required for legal or business records.
