02 — A clear plan. A considered approach.

Good property care starts with the details.

You know your site. We take the time to understand it. From early-opening entrances to where snow can safely be stored, the small details belong in the plan.

K.K Landscaping is a Canadian business and part of K.K. Diaries. We’re growing thoughtfully, taking on properties that fit our team and the work we can support.

People-first. Property-focused.

01 / Understand your site

Share your address, property type and service needs. We review location, site size, access and current availability before moving ahead.

02 / Define the work

Discuss priority areas, operating hours and seasonal requirements. Agree what’s included, what isn’t, and any documentation your board or business requires.

03 / Review your proposal

Review the scope, pricing and service terms before making a decision. No assumptions about your property. No commitment from submitting a request.

03 — Let’s talk about your property

A quote that starts with your needs.

Tell us what you’re looking after and what you need taken care of. We’ll review your details and discuss the next steps with you.

04 — Before you decide

The questions
worth asking.

Straightforward answers for the people responsible for choosing a property care partner.

Which properties are a good fit?

Condominium and residential maintenance boards, office buildings, medical properties, small retail plazas and other manageable commercial sites. We review property size, location and access before confirming that our team can support the work.

How do you plan snow removal and ice management?

The property review covers parking areas, sidewalks, entrances, operating hours, snow storage and priority access. Snowfall triggers, treatment requirements, response expectations and any exclusions need to be agreed in the written scope before service begins.

Can a board request a proposal for review?

Yes. Include your board or management company name, property details and procurement requirements in the form. Let us know if you need a site visit, a scope for comparison, or information for an upcoming board meeting.

What about insurance and safety documentation?

Tell us which insurance certificates, provincial workplace coverage documents and safety requirements your organisation needs. Documentation and any other procurement requirements should be verified before a contract is signed.

Do you offer seasonal or one-time services?

You can request winter services, routine grounds maintenance, seasonal cleanup or a combination. Availability and the service arrangement depend on your property, timing and the agreed scope.

Where do you provide service?

K.K Landscaping is based in Canada. Submit your city, province and property address so we can confirm service availability and whether the location fits our current routes. Submitting a request does not guarantee coverage.
